- To know the basics of ketamine dosing and use, including the expected effects on cognitive function and communication.
- Understand the basic concepts in Internal Family Systems psychotherapy, including protective parts and exiled parts and Self.
- Understand how to use IFS concepts during preparation for ketamine treatment including obtaining more thorough consent and identifying questions and concerns.
- Understand how to use IFS concepts during treatment and integration including identifying barriers to full experience of the medical treatment and ways that reactions to the treatment can limit responses.
