Update July 2020: Given the current restrictions due to COVID-19, we are providing services over telehealth to all California residents. We are offering both online (lozenge) and in-office (IM) KAP sessions; your optimal treatment model will be collaboratively determined during the intake process.
If you are interested in learning more about our work, you may visit our contact form to view our information/consent documents and submit a request for services.
Our psychologist will reach out to set up a free initial consultation phone call to answer any questions you might have, and to help determine if Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy might be an appropriate intervention for you at this time.
For queries not related to treatment, we can be reached directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our office is located in the Mak Medical building at 4200 18th Street, in San Francisco's Castro District.
Public Transportation: We are very accessible via public transportation. The office is a 3 minute walk from the Castro Muni station, and other MUNI lines are very close by (24 Divisadero, 33 Stanyan, 35 Glen Park, and F streetcars).
Parking: Can be challenging in this central location. Some street street parking is available, but it is very limited. There are some nearby parking garages. We would recommend arriving 15 or more minutes before your appointment to find a space if you drive.
ADA: The building and our space is fully accessible, with an elevator to our floor and an accessible restroom in our office unit.
