INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION SERVICES
Dr. Robert M Grant, MD, MPH
CONSULT WITH DR. GRANT ABOUT...
Consult with Dr. Grant about medical issues such as ketamine dose, dosing route (intramuscular, intravenous, sublingual), drug-drug interactions, indications, and contraindications. He can discuss medical and administrative issues that arise for physicians starting a ketamine practice. He also enjoys consulting with IFS-trained practitioners on using ketamine to enhance IFS therapy. BACKGROUND
Dr. Grant is a certified Internal Family Systems Therapist and teaches ketamine assisted IFS therapy. He is a member of the Board of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians. He completed a certificate in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy at CIIS in 2016, and trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy at KRIYA in 2017. He serves as an investigator for an FDA-approved MDMA trial at UCSF and has assisted with FDA-approved psilocybin trials for people living with HIV. Dr. Grant is certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and HIV medicine. |

CONSULT WITH DR. KATZMAN ABOUT...
Consult with Dr. Katzman about therapeutic issues such as utilizing KAP as a depth psychotherapy modality, thoughtful client preparation for KAP work, common integration challenges, transference and countertransference dilemmas, as well as any other case-specific issues that might arise for those working with KAP. She is also happy to consult about administrative concerns for therapists working with ketamine or considering starting a practice, including documentation and paperwork, collaboration with medical providers, ethical and liability concerns, and structuring a KAP practice. Dr. Katzman trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy at KRIYA in 2017, and has presented on both administrative and therapeutic issues in KAP at both ASKP and KRIYA conferences. She has been a therapist for 20 years, and maintains a private practice focusing on trauma-informed care, harm reduction, psychedelic integration, and supporting the LGBTQ communities. |

MONTHLY CONSULTATION GROUP
Our Consultation Group is an online meeting to help clinicians become more skillful and confident in working with therapeutic ketamine. It is geared toward medical and mental health professionals currently working with ketamine, as well as those who are getting ready to add ketamine services to their practices.
This group will be facilitated by Dr. Jessica Katzman, PsyD and Dr. Robert Grant, MD; some of the Healing Realms staff will participate and present on special topics. The content will include case presentations from participants, discussions of clinical/legal/logistical issues, and guidance/mentorship from the facilitators and participants in a collective learning environment. (Format is 1 hour of special topic presentations, and 30 minutes of case presentation/discussion.)
We will meet online for 90 minutes per month for 6 months (see dates below). Minimum number of participants will be 4, and maximum number of participants will be 15 to ensure that everyone can participate actively.
