PSYCHOTHERAPY, PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION AND HARM REDUCTION SERVICES
Our licensed therapists are all incredibly skilled, and each bring their unique qualifications and expertise to this work. We offer trauma-informed and social justice-oriented psychotherapy services to people from all walks of life.
Psychedelic Integration Services: We provide integration-focused sessions for those seeking support around therapeutic, ceremonial, or recreational use of psychedelics/entheogens. It can be a challenge to understand and incorporate the insights that arise during these experiences into our everyday selves without support and a nonjudgmental space. Integration can also assist those who have had difficult experiences to safely work through the material elicited by these substances. We practice from a stigma-reducing and harm reduction/benefit maximization model.
Harm Reduction Services: If you have concerns about your alcohol or substance use, or want to make some shifts towards healthier habits, you may fear being labeled an addict, or having to commit to a lifetime of meetings. Our practitioners are trained in and practice from a harm reduction perspective, which is a collaborative, common-sense approach designed to meet YOU where YOU are at, and to help you to set your own goals for change.
NOTE: we do not support or recommend the illegal use of substances. We are aware, however, that many people who use psychedelics and other substances may need additional support, and can benefit from our expertise.
