Group Case Consultations
Interested in combining ketamine & other psychedelic medicine with Internal Family Systems?
We’re excited to offer monthly Group Case Consultations regarding psychedelic medicine and internal family systems. Offered by Robert M Grant, MD and certified IFS Therapist.
These will be held online one Friday per month for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Limited to 10 spots per session.
This is open to any therapist that's received level 1 or higher internal family systems training. Dr. Robert Grant has 6 years of experience with ketamine assisted internal family systems in San Francisco and 30 years of experience teaching medicine.

Dr. Robert M Grant, MD, MPH is a co-founder of Healing Realms and is a certified IFS therapist and completed the Certificate in Psychedelic Therapy and Research at the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2016. He is an approved IFS consultant for IFS Institute Continuing Education. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine. He trained in ketamine therapy with Phil Wolfson and Raquel Bennet.

Inna Zelikman RN, ANP, PMH-NP, is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in treatment of patients with substance use disorder and quite knowledgeable about supporting them in recovery. She offers or advises on pharmaceutical adjustments that maybe necessary to provide adequate support for healing with long-term focus on self-regulation. She completed sections A-D of MAPS MDMA psychotherapy training through California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS).
