Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy Pricing
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) session duration and frequency will be discussed during treatment planning. The first experience with ketamine is often the richest, and warrants at least 3 hours of time. This allows 2 intramuscular injections or a 90 minute IV infusion to allow us to find the right dose for you, and to begin the proess of integration. Subsequent sessions can be 2, 3, or 4 hours (or longer). 80 minute sessions are only available for ketamine experienced clients receiving a single low intravenous or oral ketamine dose.
Though each plan is individualized, we commonly recommend a commitment to at least 3 KAP sessions, as this medicine tends to have a cumulative effect, and multiple treatments provider greatest benefit.
For those requiring ongoing treatment with ketamine, we are able to offer lower-cost options for maintenance using lozenges, following in-session training with one of our providers.

Medication Management
For those requiring ongoing ketamine treatment after at least 3 in office sessions with one of our providers, we are able to offer lower-cost options for maintenance using ketamine lozenges. We prescribe ketamine lozenges that are made by compounding pharmacies and dispensed directly to the client. The pharmacy charges separately for the medicine and the delivery (typically less than $100 for a 2 month supply). We require monthly meetings (telehealth or in person) to review side effects, goals, and progress toward goals. Visit intervals of every 2 months are accepted if the client is actively engaged in psychotherapy.

Group KAP IM Pricing
For those who have already completed at least one individual session with our team, we offer in-person ketamine administrations to groups of 3 to 6 people simultaneously.
A 20 minute Medical Consultation must be scheduled separately if you have not been seen by the medical provider within 1 year. Medical Consultations are charged separately from the Group KAP IM session.

Insurance Billing
The administration of ketamine for mental health concerns is currently not covered by insurance companies, as this is still considered an off-label use. We are aware that this may be a significant out-of-pocket investment for you.
However, you may be able to seek some reimbursement for the preparatory and integration sessions (as those can be billed as psychotherapy and medication management services), as well as the final hour of the journey session, and we can provide you with billing statements to submit to your insurance company.
