Individual KAP Pricing

We generally recommend 1-3 preparation sessions to assess your eligibility for ketamine, and to collectively build the rapport and trust necessary for exploring deeper layers of your experience.
Preparation Session

Lozenge Session duration and frequency will be discussed during treatment planning at intervals of 2 hours, 3 hours and 4 hours with therapist or medical provider. 80 minute sessions are only available with a single low oral ketamine dose.
Though each plan is individualized, we commonly recommend a commitment to at least 3 KAP sessions, as this medicine tends to have a cumulative effect, and multiple treatments provider greatest benefit.
For those requiring ongoing treatment with ketamine, we are able to offer lower-cost options for maintenance using lozenges, following in-session training with one of our providers.

Medication management appointment duration and frequency will be discussed with medical provider during treatment planning. These sessions involve no administration of ketamine.

Group KAP IM Pricing
For those who have already completed at least one individual session with our team, we offer in-person ketamine administrations to groups of 4 people simultaneously.
A 20 minute Medical Consultation must be scheduled separately if you have not been seen by the medical provider within 1 year. Medical Consultations are charged separately from the Group KAP IM session.
Preparation and Integration sessions should be scheduled separately with your Healing Realms therapist if you have not been seen in 3 months. Preparation and Integration sessions are charged separately from the Group KAP IM session.

Insurance Billing
The administration of ketamine for mental health concerns is currently not covered by insurance companies, as this is still considered an off-label use. We are aware that this may be a significant out-of-pocket investment for you.
However, you may be able to seek some reimbursement for the preparatory and integration sessions (as those can be billed as psychotherapy and medication management services), as well as the final hour of the journey session, and we can provide you with billing statements to submit to your insurance company.
